Schedule
This program totals 60 hours of coach-specific training. There are additional requirements beyond class sessions. See "Program Requirements" by clicking one of the locations below. (For a shorter, 2-3 day coach training see our "Leader As Coach" Workshop.)

In-person training 5 days, 8:30am – 6:00pm daily
Interactive training using a variety of learning styles. Plenty of practice is incorporated into the schedule.

TeleClasses 6 two-hour sessions every two weeks
The TeleClasses are group training sessions done over a normal telephone. Click here for a full description of the TeleClasses.
