Who is Creative Results Management?
Established by Dr. Keith E. Webb, Creative Results Management is a training and development organization specializing in empowering cross-culturally focused non-profit organizations. Begun in 2005, it is headquartered in Singapore with partners throughout the world.
Are Coaching Courses ICF Certified?
The International Coach Federation has not certified our programs. Our programs do train ICF core competencies, by our own evaluation. Individual coaches can seek ICF accreditation through the portfolio track, and we will provide the necessary documentation for courses taken through CRM. Several coaches trained by us have received ICF credentialling.
If I take the Core Coaching Certificate Program will I be an ICF certified coach?
No. The International Coach Federation has their own standards and evaluation process for coaches that includes coaching training hours, coaching client hours and other requirements. The Core Coaching Certificate Program should meet ICF requirements for 60 coach-specific training hours. However, we do not guarantee it, as ICF requirements change from time to time. See ICF website for details.

On completion of a program can I teach it to others in my organization?
No. Your participation in a program and payment of fees entitles you to participate in the training and to use and retain the materials. You may use and make copies of any of the materials for use with your coaching clients as long as you make no changes or deletions of any kind, and include the proper copyright statement.
You may not repackage this program without express written authorization and royalty payment. If you lead a workshop or develop or deliver a program to a group or company based on or including this material or these concepts, authorization and fees are required.
How can I be certified or licensed to teach your courses in my organization?
We are currently working on a licensed train-the-trainer program. Contact us for details.

How much does the training cost? Why is there a difference in the cost between locations?
The Core Coaching Skills Certificate Program is priced very competitively, generally less than 1/2 that of similar programs. The reason being that our clients are organizations focused on helping others (non-profits, relief organizations, micro-enterprise, NGOs, charities, etc.). The cost of training is based on location costs, and that varies with each location and whether or not there's a local sponsor. Keep in mind that University master's courses cost an average of US$1200, and our coaching programs are more extensive than one master's class. For prices click here.
I heard you are creating a program specifically to teach coaching in a cross-cultural context. When will that be ready?
We are working on it. It is expected to be finished in 2009. The Core Coaching Skills Certificate Program or its equivalent will be a pre-requisite.
Do you offer coaching to individuals or teams?
Yes. Check here for details.
