Who Should Attend?
Couples who want to improve their own marriage and help others to do the same. This TeleClass is open to any couple, regardless of previous coaching training.

The Program
Coaching Couples, Level I is designed for couples that want to increase joy and purpose in their marriage, and to help other couples too! Whether you're motivated simply to improve your own marriage, or if you are interested in being more effective in ministry to other couples, this class is for you!

This introductory course covers the basics of four essential coaching competencies; listening, asking, setting goals, and supporting growth and change. It is essential that couples take this class together! Couples will increase their skill and confidence to have life-giving conversations with each other, and with other couples through four weeks of reading and reflection in the course manual, tele-classes, couples dates, and peer couple coaching sessions.

How Do TeleClasses Work?
TeleClasses are group training sessions done over a normal telephone. The TeleClass calls consist of interactive teaching, discussion, demonstration, and role plays.
