This four session part TeleClass is designed to teach couples how to help other couples to apply coaching skills in their marriage. Prerequisite for this class is Level I Coaching Couples.

Who Should Attend?
Couples who have begun to use coaching skills in their own marriage and want to increase their skill and confidence to help other couples to apply these skills in their marriage. This is an intermediate level TeleClass open to couples that have successfully completed Level I training.

The Program
Coaching Couples, Level II is designed to train couples to help other couples. Whereas Level I began by focusing on your marriage, Level II focuses on practicing skills to help other couples to ask, listen, set goals, and support each other in a process of growth and change.

Level II covers the same four essential coaching competencies covered in Level I; listening, asking, setting goals, and supporting growth and change. More activation in coaching other couples is facilitated through coaching demos in class and peer couple coaching. Couples will increase their skill and confidence to help other couples to use coaching skills in their marriage. The format again includes four weeks of reading and reflection in the course manual, tele-classes, and peer couple coaching sessions. Couples should expect to invest about 5 hours/week for the duration of the course.

How Do TeleClasses Work?
TeleClasses are group training sessions done over a normal telephone. The TeleClass calls consist of interactive teaching, discussion, demonstration, and role plays.
