What is the learning framework behind your programs?

We believe life-long adult development is beneficial to individuals, organizations, and cultures. Our training incorporates the best of adult learning practices. Moving from instructor-focus, authoritarian instructional practices, we incorporate self-directed, communal, experiential learning. Lecture is at a minimum, while discussion, practice and application are maximized. We incorporate Kolb's Experiential Learning Model as a standard for an action-reflection learning cycle.

Our training incorporates a faith-based perspective. We believe God, who remains actively engaged with humanity, created each person with a unique purpose. We believe that practicing a "pure" coaching style of helping others is one of the most effective ways of living faith ideals.

What is the ICF and how is Creative Results Management connected to it?

ICF is a commonly used acronym for the International Coach Federation. Founded in 1995, the ICF's core purpose is to advance the art, science, and practice of professional coaching. As the leading global coaching association, the ICF is working toward this goal by setting high standards, providing independent certification, and building a worldwide network of credentialed coaches. All Creative Results Management Instructors hold ICF credentials, and are highly committed to training excellence in line with ICF standards. All of our training is ICF approved as Approved Coach Specific Training Hours (ACSTH).

What parts of your training is reproducible in my ministry setting?

Sample documents which are given to you during your training (client folder, coaching log, etc) and are intended for you to use in your own coaching practice are fully usable, customizable and reproducible. Materials are limited to your use and are not to be reproduced in any way.

Can I can teach others what I have learned in your coaching programs?

Our training materials are not available for you to use or incorporate with other materials in order to train others. You have the option to purchase a training license for The Coaching Workshop for Christian Leaders, a 3-day version of our training. It is a complete package with Participant Manual, Trainer's Guide, PowerPoint, Schedules and permissions you need to train others and incorporate your own ideas and concepts. The cost is $1500 for a lifetime license. There are no annual or per event fees, just purchase Participant Manuals.
