Group Coaching

(7.5 training hours)

Group coaching provides an excellent opportunity for individuals to join an empowering environment that supports them in achieving their personal and professional goals.

Using coaching core competencies, a group coach can leverage the collective wisdom and experience of the group to facilitate discovery and action for individual members. The strength of group coaching is the mutual support, accountability and encouragement that the group provides.

In this practical course you will have an opportunity to experience and then lead a group coaching process.

Kevin Stebbings, PCC designed and presents this course.
