Raise Your Coaching Skills is designed to do 3 things:

If you've taken at least some basic training coaching, but would like more impact and results then practice is key.
During Raise Your Coaching Skills, reciprocal peer coaching will be offered between you and another participant. You should expect to coach and be coached on a minimum of 2 one-hour appointments between classes. You'll be able to count these as "paid" for ICF credentialing purposes.
