Master Certified Coach and business owner, Charles Hooper, Jr., will facilitate this entrepreneurial group. Charles will share freely what he has learned through the ups and downs of years of side-gig coaching while he was a pastor. Now, he's transitioned to a full-time Executive Coach.

Week 2: Shifting our Money-Making Mindset

  • Limiting beliefs which keep you poor.

  • Walking by faith through the four stages of entrepreneurship.
  • Wearing gracefully the three hats of Entrepreneur, Technician, and Manager.

Week 3: Charging More Than You Think You Can

  • How to use the Client Value Formula.
  • Story of gutsy value-based charging.
  • How to create client value: Person, Promise, Package, Presentation.
  • How to set a price for your coaching services that makes sense to potential clients.
  • How to handle and overcome objections.

Week 4: Confirming Your Ideal Client and Client Acquisition Process

    About this Course


    • 21+ coaching training hours, is recommended, but not required.
    • You need a computer or tablet (not just a phone) with microphone, sound, and video camera.

    Additional requirements:

    • Working on your own side gig will take a couple hours each week.

    ICF Credit Hours:

    • 10 ICF ACSTH hours. You can use these training hours for your ICF membership, coach credential, or credential renewal.
    If you miss a class...
    • You can listen to a recording of 3 teleclasses to make it up. 
    • If you miss more than 3 teleclass you must make it up live with an Instructor for an additional $150 fee.
