A: All of the Coaching Workshop Certificate Program's 21 training hours are voice-to-voice. The bonus materials are not counted in the training hours, since they are not voice-to-voice.

Watch out for organizations that count self-study, independent work, or coaching hours as coach training hours. The ICF and other coaching associations only count live voice-to-voice instruction as training hours.
