Dr. Keith E. Webb, ACC, is the Principal of Creative Results Management.
Experience
From 2001-2005, Keith lived in Indonesia, working with Indonesian organizations to create systems for on-going leadership development and coaching of all personnel - however poor or remotely located. Prior to this time, Keith lived and worked in Japan for 8 years helping Japanese non-profit organizations to expand their capacity to impact society around them.
Since 2005, Keith's work has taken him all over the world. He's passionate about helping non-profit leaders living in cross-cultural environments to see their impact multiplied. He and his family currently reside in Singapore.
Education
Keith's expertise in cross-cultural leadership development led to his doctorate in transformational leadership at Northwest Graduate School. He also received a Master of Arts from Fuller School of Intercultural Studies and graduated from the University of Washington (Seattle) having studied Eastern Religions and Japanese history and culture.
The International Coach Federation designated him Associate Certified Coach (ACC). He is a graduate of CoachU's Core Essentials Program and Results Coaching Systems. Keith serves on the ICF Singapore Chapter Council.
He was the first to be named Senior Coach for the CernySmith Adjustment Index Business/Corporate version. He also is a Senior Coach for the Humanitarian, Student and Team versions.
