Keith is passionate about helping leaders multiply their impact. In 2005, Keith founded Creative Results Management, a global training organization equipping Christian leaders. He designed The COACH Model® and our International Coaching Federation (ICF) approved coaching training. He has delivered training to leaders in more than 30 countries.
He lived 20 years in Asia – Japan, Indonesia, and Singapore. He is author of 7 books including, The COACH Model for Christian Leaders, and Coaching In Ministry. Keith’s expertise in cross-cultural leadership development led to his doctorate in transformational leadership.He is an ICF Professional Certified Coach and Past-President of the ICF Washington State chapter. Charles Hooper, Jr., M.Div., MCC
Charles is an Atlanta-based Executive and Leadership Development Coach. He is a trainer who has worked with ministry and marketplace leaders around the world. With 29 years of pastoral experience, Charles has worked with motivated pastors to carry out their pastoral calling with faithfulness and fruitfulness.
Since transitioning out of formal pastoral ministry, he started Hooper Leadership Coaching LLC. As an expression of ministry, he now “Accelerates Leaders” who are business owners and C-Level leaders. He is a Master Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation (ICF). Charles is married to Jill and has 6 adult sons.
Julie Jones, PCC
Julie is a people person and is especially drawn to encourage and develop Missional Entrepreneurial leaders who want to make a lasting impact in their current contexts.
Though currently living in Tennessee, Julie and her family lived 6 years in France and 2 years in North Africa working with International communities. This global experience coupled with her background in Psychology and coaching training give her a passion and unique insight to offer meaningful help to people of different cultures and stages of life.
When she is not coaching, you can find her hiking, biking, creating or enjoying time with friends and family.
Richard Lim, PCC (林育群)
Richard Lim is passionate about developing leaders and helping them to build high-impact teams.
Richard previously worked with Cru for almost 30 years, during which he worked with leaders from various parts of the world to help them lead effectively. He started his own coaching and training business so he could focus on his passion.
While he has been coaching individuals and teams for many years, he received his first professional coaching training through Creative Results Management. Since then he has been conducting training and seminars to help leaders integrate coaching skills into their roles.
Richard is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) who is fluent in both English and Chinese and can train and coach in both languages. He and his wife, Perlin, and two daughters are based in Singapore.

Félix Ortiz, ACCFélix’s passion is developing leaders and helping them to reach their full potential. He lives in Barcelona but travels extensively across Europe and Latin American where he is well known as one of the pioneers in leadership development in those continents.
Author of many books, Félix has a Bachelor's degree in History, a Master degree in Christian Education by Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary of Fort Worth, Texas and another in Education by the Universidad Nacional de Educacion a Distancia of Madrid, Spain. His training in coaching comes from the Newcastle College in the United Kingdom and Creative Results Management.
Félix has worked with Cru, known in Europe as Agape, for the last 35 years holding different responsibilities and being for several years the European director for Staff Care and Development. Currently training leaders on coaching and leadership in across Europe and Latin America.
Kevin Stebbings, CPC, PCC
Kevin is from London, England, has lived in Europe, Asia, and the USA. As a seminar leader and coach he specializes in time management, team diversity and cultural stress. Kevin comes from an engineering background and trained at International Coaching Academy. He has a passion to empower others to live effectively and impact their communities. He and his wife, Jennifer, live in China and provide coaching and training to cross-cultural leaders around the world.

Terry speaks at church and denominational conferences, workshops and seminars, and is a popular Men’s Retreat speaker. He teaches in the Doctor of Ministry programs in Seminaries across North America in the areas of Lifelong Leadership Development and Advanced Leadership development. Lori Webb, PCC
Lori's warm personality and insightful coaching are much appreciated by those with whom she works. Lori lived 8 years in Japan and 5 years in Indonesia and speaks both languages. She is married and has two children, both born abroad, and resides near Seattle. Lori has developed and facilitated workshops on thriving abroad, personal development, and understanding your child's personality.
The International Coaching Federation designated Lori a Professional Certified Coach (PCC). She is a graduate of CoachU's Core Essentials Program and Results Coaching Systems. She has completed numerous workshops and informal training on cross-cultural adaptation and personal development. Lori graduated from the University of Washington (Seattle) having studied Communications.
Kim Zovak, D.Min., MCC
Kim is an experienced coach, trainer, and leadership consultant with non-profit leaders and organizations, as well as an ordained pastor. Her passion is helping leaders multiply their impact by reproducing more effective leaders, and supporting organizations to build a coaching (aka people development) culture. Those who know Kim describe her as inspiring, enthusiastic and encouraging. She is a graduate of Creative Results Management's first professional certificate program and serves as an ICF PCC credentialing assessor. She hold the International Coaching Federation's highest Master Certified Coach credential. She lived in Australia and China for 14 years, currently living in California.
