Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update and Cancellation Policy
Through September 31, 2020 participants unable to attend an event can choose to transfer their registration to another event or to another person for use within 12 months or receive a full refund. Please give us as much notice as possible, so someone else can take your place if you can't join.
For those currently enrolled in Coaching Mastery or Coaching Excellence, should you become sick and unable to finish in a timely way, we are suspending the $250 late graduation fee and will accommodate changes in teleclass make-up and mentor coaching appointments through September 31, 2020. For those in Elective courses, listen to the recording for the missed session and email email@example.com to let us know you did.
We have made arrangements to continue online classes even if the Instructor becomes ill.

From July 1, 2014 there is a $250 administration fee to graduate from the Core Coaching Skills Certificate Program after 18 months, or the Coaching Mastery Certificate Program after 6 months from the start of the program. After those time limits you can still graduate, but you will be required to pay a $250 administrative fee.
We hate charging fees, but it costs us to process graduations. Graduate early instead!
All of our training programs are approved by the ICF as Approved Coach Specific Training Hours (ACSTH). You may apply for ICF credentials through their ACSTH application. Details are here.
Creative Results Management reserves the right to cancel a program for any reason and to refund all fees paid directly to us by registrants for that program.
Should you need to cancel your registration for any reason before an event begins, you will receive a credit on your account to use towards another Creative Results Management event. Credits must be used within 12 months from the date the credit is issued. You may also transfer your registration to another person.
You may choose a refund, less a non-refundable deposit of $400 for Certificate Programs or $75 for Electives, if you cancel more than 30 days before a Certificate Program or 14 days before an Elective. No refund will be given for cancellations received less than 30 days before Certificate Programs or 14 days before Electives. To request a credit, refund, or to transfer your registration to another person, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Most of our teleclasses are recorded and you may listen to 1 or 2, depending on the course, and still receive ICF training credits for the course. Make up classes beyond what is allowed will be billed at $150 per class. The number you can listen to as a make up are:
All TeleClasses may be recorded and posted securely for personal use of participants only to review and/or to make-up a missed class. All individuals who have registered for the same event will have access to those recordings, as may future participants of that same event.
