Coaching Excellence for PCC

Prerequisites and complete details.

The Coaching Excellence for PCC program will advance your understanding and skills in the ICF Core Coaching Competencies. It's for coaches wanting to coach at a PCC level. Through a combination of group and individual sessions with a qualified mentor-coach, participants observe and practice their coaching skills to build confidence in all eleven competencies. You will also increase your coaching presence and your ability to adapt to a variety of coaching environments.

The Coaching Excellence Program will prepare you to renew your ACC or go for your PCC.

Note for those renewing: The ICF requires at least 3 months duration for mentor coaching. This class, including the individual sessions that follow the group sessions, will end after June 20th to qualify. The ICF allows for late credential renewals. See page on renewing your ICF credential.
