Coaching changed how I do - well - just about everything! I've seen my impact multiply as I've coached others. And I've integrated these coaching skills in my other leadership roles.
This change has been so significant for me and others that I've written a couple of books on coaching, Coaching In Ministry and The COACH Model For Christian Leaders. Now, I spend my time training leaders to coach - professionally or by integrating coaching skills into their other leadership roles.
