Coaching Excellence for PCC

Prerequisites and complete details.

The Coaching Excellence will advance your understanding and skills in the ICF Core Coaching Competencies. Through a combination of group and individual sessions with a qualified mentor-coach, participants observe and practice their coaching skills to build confidence in all eleven competencies. You will also increase your coaching presence and your ability to adapt to a variety of coaching environments.

In addition, the Coaching Excellence Program will prepare you for the ICF Associate Certified Coach ACSTH or Portfolio application, if that’s your desire.

Note for those renewing: The ICF requires at least 3 months duration for mentor coaching. This class, including the individual sessions that follow the group sessions, will end after July 9th to qualify. The ICF allows for late credential renewals. See page on renewing your ICF credential.
